Ed has over 19 years of global M&A, corporate advisory and principal investing experience, having advised on an extensive number of public market and private treaty M&A and capital markets transactions across a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining Nash Advisory in 2022, Ed worked at Flagstaff Partners, J.P. Morgan Investment Banking and Citi Investment Bank across Australia and Europe.
Over the course of his career, Ed has worked with family owned businesses, ASX-listed companies, international conglomerates and Government entities. Recent transaction experience includes advising Great Southern Bank on the sale of CUA Health, advising Asahi on its divestment of BoozeBud, advising The Star Entertainment Group on its strategic alliance with Chow Tai Fook / Far East Consortium, and advising The University of Tasmania on the monetization of its student accommodation assets.
Ed is also the founding director of a boutique high conviction equities fund, investing in emerging and large cap ASX-listed companies within the consumer, industrial, infrastructure and healthcare sectors.
Ed prides himself on his ability to cut through noise and think outside the box in order to provide bespoke and incisive strategic and financial advice to clients on M&A, corporate development, capital markets and valuation matters.
