Hayden has a diverse professional background and considerable commercial experience, being a practicing lawyer, and having previously held positions as a company director (both executive and non-executive), CFO and general counsel with mid-market corporates.  

In particular, Hayden has extensive M&A experience having been involved in, and having acted for clients in respect of, a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions such as divestments, acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raisings across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, retail, tourism, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services and industrials.  

Combining a practical ‘no nonsense’ approach with a strong work ethic, commercial acumen and a deep technical skillset, Hayden is able to seamlessly guide clients through each stage of a transaction and deliver market leading outcomes.
