Max Bonanno

Max has graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting. He has gained valuable industry experience during this time, completing internships at both EY and Deloitte.

Whilst At EY, Max was in the Strategy & Transactions Division, rotating between the Valuations & Modelling Team and the Transaction Strategy & Execution Team, establishing a well-rounded foundation in the M&A and space. He was focusing on Financial Services clients during this time, such as Banks, WAMs and Insurance Funds.

During his time at Deloitte, he was in their Audit & Assurance Team, servicing a range of Large Private Companies, working closely alongside engagement teams to deliver high-quality, reliable and robust audits.

Beyond his experience in financial services, Max has also gained 4 years of experience in the Asbestos Removal industry as a project supervisor, liaising with a wide range of clientele from domestic owners to large Tier 1&2 builders and multinationals.

Outside of work, Max enjoys travelling, going to the gym, running, AFL and golf.
