Tom is an Infrastructure specialist with over 10 years of Corporate Finance, M&A and Commercial Strategy experience in sectors including ports, rail, roads and social infrastructure PPPs. Tom is also an emerging markets expert having completed deals in South East Asia, Central Asia, South America, and Africa.

Tom has a broad base of skills from his direct investment experience gained at DP World Ltd where he was responsible for portfolio management and origination for multi-billion port and rail deals. Tom's skill lies in his ability to manage all of all facets of a deal: from origination, due diligence, commercial strategy, debt/equity funding, deal negotiation, execution, stakeholder management, and asset management.

Highly organised and a stickler for detail, Tom specialises in mid-sized corporate mergers and acquisitions and is well-practiced in the field of franchise marketing and brokerage. His global mindset guides him to deliver data-driven business strategies and financial forecast reviews for a diverse client base.
