Vaughn Taylor

Vaughn Taylor is an active private investor and Board member of a number of leading organisations across Australia and the US.

He is passionate about building businesses alongside high calibre founders; building out executive teams, governance structures, network connectivity, defining strategic plans and providing strategic support through capital raising processes.

Vaughn has extensive experience investing growth equity capital into operating companies and private market assets globally across a range of sectors (Healthcare, Financial Services, Funds Management, Real Estate, Telecommunications and Infrastructure).

He previously held the role of Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of AMB Capital Partners, the global investment arm of the Bennett Family. He was with AMB from its formation in 2009. Responsible for executing on the investment strategy, expanding the investment platform and portfolio into offshore markets, overseeing the operations and portfolio on a day-to-day basis and sourcing new investment opportunities.

A graduate of RMIT University, Vaughn holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Master of Business (Real Estate). Vaughn gained further accreditation at the Robert H Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland (USA) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA. He is a member of FINSIA and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
