We are accepting applications for our fifth edition of the Nash training and intern program.
In keeping with tradition, Nash is hosting its annual Training and Intern Program. The program provides trainees with real experience in the M&A landscape. It has also successfully provided standout trainees with permanent employment at Nash Advisory. We aim to offer an employment contract to at least one trainee at the conclusion of our annual program.

- End-to-end deal process
- Transaction document preparation – pitch decks, flyers and information memorandums
- Commercial, financial & legal due diligence
- Financial modelling (3-way modelling and DCFs)
- Business valuations
- Private equity investments
- Guest speaker series – a unique opportunity to meet and learn offsite from industry experts and business owners
- Team collaboration and presentations

Stand out trainees may have the opportunity for permanent employment at Nash. You’ll possess the drive to support a team who are managing the execution of a range of transactions. These include business sales, mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity raisings. Be prepared to hit the ground running. We're looking for someone who is a team player, has a keen eye for detail, ready to roll up their sleeves and work hard.

The 2025 training program will run from Monday 13th January 2025 – Friday 24th January 2025.
Who can apply?
If you are aspiring to have a successful career in Corporate Advisory, this program is the single pathway to securing an Internship or Graduate role at Nash.

- The program is open to recent graduates and final/penultimate year students studying Business, Commerce or a related field.
- If you are in a position to accept a full-time role or part-time role in 2025 at our head office in Melbourne, then please carefully follow the below instructions.
